US Chefs Club Race Series
Dear Chefs & Club Members,
Welcome again to the US Chefs' Ski Club. We hope you will enjoy your club membership card with all the privileges. There will be three (3) ski challenges this season:
- Sunday January 10th, Awards and Dinner at Chateau Belleview Restaurant
- Monday February 8th, Awards and Dinner at Milan’s Restaurant and Catering
- Sunday March 7th, Awards and Dinner in the Copper Tree at Hunter Mountain - Results
Rules and regulations:
- Anyone can participate in any or all of the races.
- The format will be a four (4) persons'team with a Chef or a Restaurateur as a captain (A MUST). You create and name your own team, or we help you to build one.
- EVERY RACER HAS TO WEAR THE CHEF’S COAT/ BIB provided by the US chefs' ski club except juniors.
- The races will be a dual giant slalom on Madison Avenue race course with the NASTAR handicap system.
- Trophies will be awarded to the best 3 teams, the best three of each age group.
- Breakfast and registration will take place from 8.30 AM till 9.30 AM in the Schoharie Room directly above the Customer Service/Lift Tickets Sales.
- Photo shoots promptly at 10.45 AM in front of the lodge.
- The race will start at 11 AM on Madison Avenue.
- Dinner/Awards start at 4 PM
- The price of the race is $60.00 including Breakfast, Race and Dinner/Awards for adults. As a member of the Club you will enjoy a $ 15.00 discount.
$40.00 for junior members, 13 to 18 years old
$30.00 for children 12 and under
Lift tickets will be available to members at a special price of $ 29.00
Dinner guest fee is $ 30.00 for adults and $ 15.00 for children under 12.
We will appreciate receiving your application at least one week prior to the race. Please fill out one (1) application per person, you can make copies or download them on our web site or register and pay online with PayPal at: www.uschefskiclub.com Again welcome and good skiing.
