Food Vendors
Dear Food Vendor Applicant,
Below are applications for the Brats & Brews (formerly the German Alps) Festival, International Celtic Festival, Microbrew & Wine Festival, Oktoberfest I and Oktoberfest II. Please print the appropriate application for your needs and mail prior to deadline date.
Every vendor must submit a photo of your display (you may reference a website showing your display) and a list of items that you will be selling and prices that you will be charging with your application.
Approximate attendance numbers for these events during past years: Brats & Brews - 7,500; International Celtic Festival - 12,000-14,000; Wine and Brew Festival 2,500-3,000; Oktoberfest I - 4,500; and Oktoberfest II - 5,500.
Please read the reverse side of your application for detailed information regarding these events. Consideration of application acceptance will be based on aesthetics of booth and food offered; for past vendors acceptance will be partially based on past years’ compliance to the “Rules & Regulations”. All applications will be reviewed prior to acceptance to our Festivals.
