Donation Requests
How do you apply for a donation?
Due to the very large number of requests we receive, we ask that all organizations submit their donation request via fax. Regretfully we are unable to respond to all inquires. Only successful applicants will receive a reply.
All requests must be submitted via fax. Donation requests received through postal mail will not be considered. Requests must be received 6 to 8 weeks before the date of the event and include the following information:
- Date and location of event
- Description of the event
- Amount hoped to be raised
- Contact name, phone number and mailing address
