2007-08 Seasonal Programs for Adults

IT'S ALL ABOUT GETTING BETTER! Hunter Mountain Resort offers many ways to learn or how to get better. Do you aspire to obtain the highest level, or do you want to just acquire a new skill, like skiing in the bumps or riding in the park? All of our programs and camps will help you achieve the level of success you seek. Our professional, certified and patient staff awaits your call.

Adult Programs:

These programs are from 9:30am-2:30pm (with a one hour break for lunch at 11:30am) every weekend from December 15 to March 9.

All Adult Programs are for skiers* ages 18 and older. With plenty of personal attention and lots of mileage, participants enjoy learning in this fun environment while building skills and solid friendships. Groups are split according to ability, terrain, and speed preference.

Adult Co-ed

Open to Intermediate to Advanced skiers
Join one of our fun-loving Seasonal Co-Ed groups. Ski and ride with other adults with similar interests and abilities. Learn to develop your all mountain skills and develop friendships with other men and women who love to ski and ride Hunter Mountain.

Ladies Only

Open to Female Intermediate to Advanced skiers
Join the ladies in a season long adventure of learning and fun. This group will meet on Mom's time, after dropping the kids at their programs and making sure your husband has all his gear for the day. The group will meet in Colonel's Hall at 9:30 every Saturday & Sunday morning. After calming down from the early morning rush, you can head out to the slopes at 10am with the other ladies and your coach to enjoy skiing on your time. The group will break for an hour lunch each day and reconvene on snow from 12:30-2:30. You will ski with other women of comparable skiing ability.

Mountain Men

Open to Male Advanced skiers
Let boys be boys! This group will be specifically for advanced male skiers or riders in good physical condition ready to rip any terrain Hunter has to offer. From Deep & Steep to Jumps and Bumps this crew will do it all! Fine-tune your skills in the gates and bash the bumps with the rest of the crew.

Major Moguls

Open to Level 6+ skiers (comfortable on all blue and single black terrain)
Do you like the bumps? Join our Major Moguls program and develop the tactics and skills that it takes to run that zipper line, or at least not look silly to all your friends on Z Lift on Claire's Way during a beautiful spring day! Rock the moguls with the best of them with our top bump coaches. You will also develop your all around mountain skills and become a well-rounded skier.
