Explorers, Mountaineers and PlayCare are now closed for the 2007-08 season. Thanks for a great winter! Please check our website during the summer months for information on making reservations for next season.

Ages 7-12

What: Older kids can improve their turns and build confidence in small groups geared toward their personal and social development. Single Session and Multi Session options are available. Mountaineers programs include lift ticket, equipment and lesson. Children are grouped according to age and our assessment of ability level. Reservations are required. Call 800-HunterMtn ext. 2351.

Who: Skiers and Riders ages 7-12 whose parents will be on premise during program time.

When: Mountaineers program runs from 12/01/07 - 3/30/08 with appropriate terrain availability. Multi Sessions begin at 10am, participants should be dropped off on the snow at least 15 minutes prior to session. Single 1½ hour session options are: 10am, 12pm and 2pm. Actual on-snow session can vary with weather, snow conditions, class dynamics and stamina. Meet on snow (at Mountaineer sign) ready to ski/ride at 9:45am, 11:45am and 1:45pm.

How much?

$115: Multi Session AM (lift, lesson, equipment & lunch)
$110: Multi Session Noon Start (lift, lesson, equipment)
$75: Single Session (lift, lesson, & equipment)
Helmet included with all packages

Get your six visit savings card in the lower level of the Learning Center: Multi-Session 1, 2 or 1, 2 & 3 is $575. Multi-session 2 & 3 is $550. $375 for six single visits. Available in the lower level of the Learning Center or by calling 800-HunterMtn, ext. 2351.

*Hunter Mountain reserves the right to refuse a child due to age, communication barriers, or readiness for the program. Children should be prepared to ride lifts with other members of the public, Hunter Mountain staff or by themselves. Hunter Mountain does not refund money for children who do not want to be on snow and are in our care.

Reservations for children's programs are REQUIRED. Please make your reservation now for President's week. Walk-in space may be limited on select weekends and holidays. Call 800-HunterMtn ext 2351, or on property come to the front desk of our Learning Center.

During President's Week (Feb. 16-24), we will be serving Organic Valley milk in all of our Children's Programs.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is required when booking your reservation. If reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to reservation date, a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee will be issued.

Within 72 hours of your reservation date, we will try to accommodate your future reservation request or a voucher will be issued.

If reservation is not cancelled, no refund or voucher will be issued.
