GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Gift Cards can NOT be redeemed on-line or at the following locations:

Sushi Bar
Main Bar
Andre's BBQ
Plaza Cafe & Atrium Lounge

Summit Lodge
Timeless Memories Photographers
Kaatskill Mountain Club for room stays

2. A Gift Card may be purchased for any amount ($25 minimum), and may be re-loaded by the bearer.

3. A Gift Card can not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit.

4. A Gift Card has no implied warranties and is not a credit card or debit card.

5. If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, report it to Hunter Mountain as soon as possible. If you provide proof of purchase (a sales receipt) plus either the credit card used for the purchase or a cancelled check, we will deactivate the lost Gift Card and issue you a new one with the current balance, minus a $10 replacement fee.

6. If a Gift Card is not used for thirteen (13) months, a fee of $5 per month will be debited from the Gift Card until either the card is used for a purchase, or until the balance on the card is depleted.

7. If a Gift Card is not used for twenty-four (24) months, a fee of $10 per month will be debited from the Gift Card until either the card is used for a purchase, or until the balance on the card is depleted.

8. Hunter Mountain reserves the right to change these requirements.
