Executive Chef & Manager, Van Winkle's
A local of the Northern Catskills, Tim Lang has collected many years of experience after working under some of the community's favorite establishments. While attending the Culinary Institute of America, Tim worked for one of the most well-known resorts in Florida, The Breakers at Palm Beach. Tim specializes in Italian, French, Mediterranean Cuisine and authentic BBQ. His passion, dedication, and persistence shines through his food while he focuses on offering quality, consistent and delectable dishes to his valued guests.

Originally from Montauk, New York, Chef Phil now resides in the Northern Catskills. In December of 2015, Phil completed his studies at the Culinary Institute of America, which incuded an internship at the highly acclaimed Blue Hill at Stone Barns located in the lower Hudson Valley, where he learned invaluable skills from a nationally-known chef. As a fresh graduate, he brings a fresh perspecitve to assist Chef Tim in creating seasonally crafted dishes at Van Winkle's Restaurant.
