COVID-19 Lodging Update

Please review the important information regarding current state of New York travel restrictions. No exceptions will be permitted to these requirements.
  • All travelers entering New York who have recently traveled within a state with either of the following will be required to quarantine for a period of 14 days consistent with the Department of Health regulations for quarantine.
    • A positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents over a seven-day rolling average
    • A testing positivity rate of higher than 10% over a seven-day rolling average

For your safety, we will be managing how many people are on our mountains this season and implementing a pass holder reservation system. Reservations will be required to access our mountains. For the vast majority of days, we anticipate our mountains will be able to accommodate everyone who wants to ski or ride at our resorts. This reservation system is designed to give you peace of mind knowing that you will have the space you need to feel safe and physically distance, no matter what day you visit. If our lodging guests wish to ski or ride during their stay, they must have a pass reservation or lift ticket in order to access the mountain. For additional details, please click here.

To ensure we are prepared to address the realities of COVID-19, we have introduced enhanced safety protocols designed to provide both guests and employees with a safe and enjoyable experience. Our new safety guidelines include limited touchpoints at check in, property-wide enhanced cleaning measures, shared space guidelines in elevators and physical distancing policies.

New protocols include the following:
• Guests will be asked to maintain physical distancing guidelines and use face coverings when in common areas.
• Elevator usage will be limited to individuals or families traveling from the same household.
• Transactions will be cashless.
• Room keys will be cleaned and disinfected before they are placed into guest packets.
