Winter is here and Hunter Mountain is open with great coverage and top-to-bottom terrain!

Heavy snow for the next 5 hours with a high of 27 and a low of 19. Coastal system still tries to form, but looks weak and may only bring light snow to the coast. Arctic air settles in for Tuesday and stays through much of next week. Next storm signal comes around next weekend.

Today we are running the Kaatskill Flyer, Boadway Express, Century Lift, Otis Lift, Northern Express Lift, F Lift, H Lift, and the Hunter East Carpet with 51 trails open. For lift and terrain updates check the website and the My Epic app. .

Uphill travel is permitted via Mossy Brook to Herald Square to Lower Crossover to Eastside Drive to the Summit. Uphill travel is only permitted from 5am to opening, and you must ski down the same route you came up. Remember that you do assume all risk and trails are not maintained for uphill travel.
