Saturday February 7
Winter is still here and Hunter Mountain is open with great coverage and top-to-bottom terrain!Â
Arctic front crosses early Saturday morning. Bitter cold wind chills expected late Saturday into Monday morning, but the core of the arctic air is farther west, so I've adjusted temperatures slightly upward. We moderate by midweek thanks to a quick moving low (still not much agreement on timing). Storm signal remains for Presidents Day weekend but comes & goes in the data - arctic air should be gone, for now, as we head into mid-Feb..
Today we are running the Kaatskill Flyer, Boadway Express, Century Lift, Otis Lift, F Lift, Northern Express Lift, and the Hunter East Carpet with 58 trails open. For lift and terrain updates check the website and the My Epic app.  . Â

Uphill travel is permitted via Mossy Brook to Herald Square to Lower Crossover to Eastside Drive to the Summit. Uphill travel is only permitted from 5am to opening, and you must ski down the same route you came up. Remember that you do assume all risk and trails are not maintained for uphill travel. For the full uphill travel policy, visit Huntermtn.com/uphill.Â

We hope to see you here today for a great day of skiing and riding!Â
